AI Email & Workflow Automation
Your inbox is where the day disappears. This is the build that gives it back — an agent that reads, filters, retrieves context, and drafts, so your team reviews instead of composes.
Firms where a handful of people handle a high volume of client, court, and counsel email, and where most replies are variations on the same twenty answers.
Every routine reply costs a context switch: open the mail, find the matter, remember where it stands, write, re-read, send.
Volume means the important mail queues behind the trivial, and response time becomes the thing clients notice most.
The knowledge of how your firm answers lives in people's heads, so quality moves with whoever is on the inbox that day.
How it's built
Five stages, and a human at the end.
Each stage is something you can watch run. Nothing here is a black box you're asked to take on faith.
Connect
Your mail (Microsoft Graph / Outlook or Gmail) and your matter system (Clio or equivalent) are wired into an n8n workflow running on your own accounts and keys.
Filter
Irrelevant mail — notifications, vendors, list traffic — is classified out before it ever reaches the drafting queue, so the agent only spends attention where attention pays.
Retrieve
For anything that survives the filter, the matter context is pulled automatically: who the client is, what the matter is, where it stands, what was last said.
Draft
A reply is drafted in your firm's voice with that context in hand, and lands in the queue ready to review.
Approve
A human reads and sends. The system never sends unreviewed mail unless you explicitly decide a category is safe to automate end-to-end.
- A running n8n workflow on your infrastructure
- Mail + matter-system integration under your own credentials
- Classification rules tuned on your real mail
- Drafting prompts tuned to your firm's voice
- A review queue your team actually uses
- Monitoring, plus a runbook for when something changes upstream
